Our Internship Opportunities<\/span><\/i><\/a><\/h4><\/div>

Students who want to do internship in our company can make their applications by filling out our Internship Application Form. Our Human Resources Department chooses among the applications according to the number of students requested according to the internship start periods and their occupational groups, the qualifications to be sought in the students (knowledge, skills, foreign language, computer experience) and the quotas they have determined in accordance with the content of the project-based studies.<\/p>\n

Since these applications exceed the available quotas, it is a priority that the student is in the final year and has to do internship.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>

Our Competency Based Recruitment and Placement System<\/strong><\/p>\n

Terma Construction Chemicals Ltd. Sti. In order to select candidates who have the potential to carry us to the future, \u201cCompetency Based Recruitment and Placement\u201d process is operated.
\nCompetence-based interview is made with the candidate by the Human Resources department.
\nTechnical Interviews; The suitability of the position to the job description and technical expectations is evaluated by the relevant department manager at the end of the interview.
\nPersonality inventory and English exams can be applied for candidates who are evaluated positively after the interviews.
\nAfter the reference checks of the candidates who are successful in the stages, a job offer is made.<\/p>\n
